Recipient with total lymphocyte crossmatch positive, are further investigated for vold and warm antibodies by reacting pateints serum with Donor's-T cell and B cell crossmatch at 4, 22, 37 degree celisus respectively (T cell positive crossmatch is highly predictive of graft failure)
